I like the 4:30 C1 class for the convenience and I like Meredith as an instructor.

I lovee the teachers, that is the most important factor. I also like the full-day schedule and the ease of starting/putting on hold my black tag membership. Being able to pause the membership and the flexibility that offers has kept me a member much longer than if the structure was more rigid. It also makes corepower feel more accessible and friendly- less a big fitness company and more like the community I know you want clients to feel a part of while they are there.

I work out 4-5 days a week at 6am. Jay, Kerry and Liz are amazing! I think Kristi now teaches the Tuesday class and she is great! please keep them!

The instructors have gotten better since the last feedback request. Leah L, Davina, Audrey, and Marta are excellent instructors. Davina's sculpt classes are incredible. I love that there are always good classes during the 7:30 AM timeframe on weekdays and solid noon classes on the weekends for those of us with inflexible schedules : )
