Great classes, good combination of challenging and relaxing
I like the team and the community!
Core power employee's are super friendly, making you feel welcomed. I never feel judged if I cannot preform the moves at an advance level; the instuctors still encourage your hard work and effort.
Instructor was great and location is in a fun area. Adequate space in studio but very tight check-in area. Not sure if there was even a locker room.
Really liked the yoga sculpt class! Can't wait to come back for more.

Kiera is one of the most gifted and talented yoga instructors I have ever had the privilege of attending class with. It was a perfect class in terms of temperature setting, music volume, carefully selected playlist and overall environment. Kiera stays present with the class and is very knowledgeable and enthusiastic. Highly recommend.

I liked the class vibes
I started with CorePower 1 and it was a nice and challenging refresher class to begin my yoga practice again. The girls at the front were so friendly and welcoming and Angela did a great job explaining postures and alternative postures.
Love the variety of classes and many time options throughout the day.
Love the teacher and the classes. Do not like the aged studio and lack of showers.
