Studio was small and can get crowded at times, but the front staff was very friendly and patient with checking me in. First name removed is also a wonderful teacher! Her sequences are unique and you can really tell she puts the effort into making her classes great!

Lance!! I almost exclusively visit your Hifhlands location to take Lance's class :)

Studio is small and kind of awkward when it is packed in the studio room. I got kicked in the head by the girl in front of me. Maybe there should be lines on the floor noting where mats should line up or limit the amount of people that can go in. No one wanted to move over and make space for me and the other girls that were stuck in the middle.

The instructor and class were amazing! the merchandise at the studio offered a wide range and had excellent options. I was in town for work and Sara's morning class was the best part of my day!

Tara taught the first yoga class i have ever taken and she made me feel welcome and comfortable in my lack of knowledge.

I keep coming back because I like that I know what to expect with each class. I like that CorePower focuses on traditional yoga poses and believes that pranayama is an important part of each class. I also keep coming back for Emily P and Kelly G, they focus on and link asana, pranayama, and mindfulness. I look forward to hearing their thoughts each week. They are also extremely encouraging, positive, non-competitive teachers. I can truly focus during their classes. Writing this, I wish I was there right now!
