The teachers (Keira, Kelly G, Patricia, Liz and Jackie R!), the combination of stretching, breathing, and physical challenge in each class, the small community feel of the Highlands location.
Everything! Lots of different classes with hours I can get to (I have a 9-5). I usually go back to back a couple times a week which is nice!

Friendliness of staff, welcoming environment, fellow practitioners were not competitors out to out-do one another. Veronica the location manager and instructor was so warm and friendly - a great introduction to Core Power Yoga. Very cute little studio. I will join full time once I am employed :)

Teachers are great
I love the energy of the instructors and the flow of the class I attend. I usually attend sculpt. I always leave feeling like I have gotten a great workout in (worth the money, even though classes are so expensive). I love the community and seeing the same faces each week. I also love being able to check out some products and look at clothing while I am there. It's where I purchase most of my yoga-wear.
