I love the hot power fusion class - especially the one that Keira teaches! She keeps the class fast-faced and the room pretty dang hot. Also she doesn't put on a nasally "hippie" voice when she speaks about the well-being/spiritual stuff, which is well appreciated. 5 Stars.
I joined Lauren's HPF class on Sunday and had an amazing time! She had us do exercises that I had never tried, the music was great, and I got to sweat.
The class I took was amazing! Lauren was a great instructor and Her music was fire!

The instruction and instructor was amazing. The class itself was great.
Although, the facilities were cramped. I really like the option to shower or have a locker. I sometimes go on a lunch break and need to be able to get cleaned up before heading back.
Classes are consistently amazing and so are the instructors!

I love Corepower Yoga at the Highlands! All the instructors are super sweet, welcoming and do such an amazing job teaching. They keep me wanting to come back every day. :)

Highlands is absolutely my favorite studio - that I admittedly don’t want to share with too many people!!! I love how small and tucked in it is, and it’s right around the corner from me.
