The staff and the classes are great!

The teachers are very helpful and it feels nonjudgmental.

The staff is so friendly. They live yoga😊. Veronica’s Sunday noon class are special. Keira’s classes are also great. I recently did the online class of Keira and would live an hour C2 class from her or Veronica!

I like how the studio feels local and small. Very neighborhoody feeling even though every time I’m there there is a face I don’t recognize.

Sculpt class was great. I regularly lift weights and found it to be an excellent and fun challenge. Loved the instructor, Enchante; she really kept me motivated and having fun throughout the class.

Keira is the best! Love her classes, her tone, body language and smile! Also just a really effective sculpt teacher!!

I love the instructors and the classes. I've been a CPY member for almost 10 years and I go to 3-5 classes a week most weeks. The one thing I would say that has changed recently was that they changed the 6:00/5:45am sculpt class to 5:30am, which is too early in my opinion. I can't imagine more people liking the 5:30am option.

Sculpt was awesome, and Bethany is great! The class was really hard but she made it seem manageable.

I love that this studio has a consistent schedule, I can always count on a hot or fusion class at 10:30 every day for years now. So even if I haven’t been here in years, I can drop in for my favorite classes

The highlands studio is my favorite!

The studio was fun, along with a great C2 Flow.

This studio doesn't have a shower though.
