Small studio so not as packed as other locations. Instructors are great and bring more to the class, especially the Sunday noon class with Veronica. The staff always welcomes questions and helps assist you.
The Yoga, Core Power has really made me fall in love with the practice of yoga. Great teachers and staff!
I like the availability of classes as early as 6 am and as last as 9pm..the culture, cleanliness, welcome environment. And diversity of locations in a multitude of cities and states.
Liz is amazing! I love everything about her class. I like how she reminds us to connect with our breathing, letting go of the day...just the positive messages we start and end class with. As a beginner, I truly appreciate the way she tells you the proper way to do a position once we're in it. "Pull your right hip forward...point your pinky toe toward the ground...etc" These little corrections have made such an impact and I feel the difference versus other classes where I've gotten into a pose, and wasn't sure if I was doing it right. Love, love, love Liz's class! She's the best!
