Polite, courteous, and well educated staff and teachers, who make you feel welcome at whatever stage you are at, but with gentle encouragement, push you beyond your limits. The studio, lobby, restrooms, -'d locker areas are always so well kept. We just love it there.
Really great first impression! The drinks after the first class allowed me time to feel comfortable asking questions and getting to know people and feel welcome. Everything is clean and comfortable to someone new to yoga, thanks!
