The studio was clean and nice. Traci put our mats out in the studio, and overall was a good teacher. Her playlist should follow the arch of the class though, and more cues are necessary to keep the class safe.

What a great class!! I thought it would be too challenging for me but I was able to keep up due to the clear and concise communication from the instructor. I felt so great afterward. Cant wait to join another class.

The instructors are great in giving alternative ways to get the same benefits of the different positions. They are all very knowledgeable and willing to make an effort to make the class successful for each individual. The locker rooms and bathrooms are also very clean which a huge plus! I recruited some friends already and would definitely recommend it to more friends!

I like the style - it's not just meditative yoga, it's an amazing workout too.
I like the volume of classes offered per day, though a 2:30/3:00pm C2 class would make the schedule even better (for me)

I love how the instructors teach from the bottom up-- there is no expectation of knowledge of yoga or even sports in general. I feel absolutely comfortable bringing my least athletic, least flexible friends along for a class and I know they will be able to get as much out of it as I have. I've brought at least 10 people in for a class and most of those people have themselves come back multiple times. I'm so happy to be a part of corepower!

I like that you don't have to reserve a spot and it is first come first served for classes. I also love hos clean it is and how many classes are provided.

Very welcoming. I was new to the facility and everyone was very nice and showed me around. Also, I'm recovering from an injury and the instructor took that into consideration and encouraged me to go at my own pace and to only do what I feel comfortable with.
