The classes
The best part is the teachers. They are all awesome, knowledgeable, friendly, and they push you only as far as you are willing to be guided. No matter how much you improve, the class is always challenging. The studios, lobby, and locker rooms are all well designed, and well kept. The general atmosphere is calm yet energetic, and always positive. I am always excited to be there, even when I am not feeling my best. If I could give the Medford crew a 15 I would. Excellent!!!

I love the classes and instructors everyone is so friendly and helpful! Each instructor is so different I never feel bored or that the classes are repetitive. I have been going to corepower since it opened in Medford And fresh pond! I have recommended and recruited so many of my friends and coworkers to Corepower! I wish the monthly membership wasn't so expensive, but it's worth it!
