The studio is kept very clean. It is great that there is free parking. All of the instructors are very nice and welcoming. Wish there was some way to give information about instructors. There are big differences between how they do classes

The Tuesday 7:30 Ypga Sculpt class is amazing! I return every week because the teacher Katie is amazing! My favorite teacher there, her class is always informative and makes us work hard. I tell every one to go to her class.

I love how each class is different. "play time" and learning new moves is a great part of class - I can do poses now I never thought I'd be able to.

My work is very demanding and is all over the place with hours and locations etc, yoga is the one constant in my life - since switching to CorePower, I'm obsessed, it's a necessary part of my week.

I have always struggled with getting myself to workout, because running on a treadmill is boring. But with yoga sculpt i get the best of all worlds: relaxing yoga, energizing cardio and sculpting with weights. I love the energy and positivity from the teachers:)

Just finishing cancer treatment and looking for something, not sure quite what, I was invited to take a class by my friend Anita. I'm hooked. I went to two classes that same weekend. I felt so empowered and peaceful. I found strength I didn't know was there anymore. Both instructors were great. I had never taken actually yoga classes. I look forward to coming back for more next week.
