I love how the instructors teach from the bottom up-- there is no expectation of knowledge of yoga or even sports in general. I feel absolutely comfortable bringing my least athletic, least flexible friends along for a class and I know they will be able to get as much out of it as I have. I've brought at least 10 people in for a class and most of those people have themselves come back multiple times. I'm so happy to be a part of corepower!

Very welcoming. I was new to the facility and everyone was very nice and showed me around. Also, I'm recovering from an injury and the instructor took that into consideration and encouraged me to go at my own pace and to only do what I feel comfortable with.
