The instructors and very knowledgeable and really motivate the class. The facility is very clean and well stocked with amenities. The temperature of the class is a little too hot for me but I love the class pace and the yoga sculpt work out.

I really like the space, the music and the teachers. My only complaint is how packed some classes get - it changes the mood of the class and dont feel i get as much out of it.

I love the community and all people I've met. All the staff always makes you feel extremely welcome! In addition, yoga sculpt is the best workout I've ever done. Really transforms your body.

This was the best yoga workout I have ever had. I felt so great afterward and I'm not the most experienced with yoga and I felt really good about my abilities and trying in this fast paced class.

Everyone was very welcoming. The locker rooms and class rooms were neat, clean and organized. There was also plenty of parking and space for us to put coats, etc. There was nice, positive posters on the wall!
