I truly enjoy visiting corepower! I like that instructors have their own freedom & interpretations for their classes while still getting a great workout.

I think adding another class in the morning is a great idea. At the Cambridge studio there used to be a 7:30 class and it was always packed. Also, the 4:30 class M-F seems to be getting almost too packed to be able to do some of the moves. Adding a 4pm class may alleviate some of this, and spread people out more.

Great instructors and studio accessibility and comfort. One suggestion however is having available towels free of charge for black tag members. It feels silly being charged a dollar for a towel when I'm already paying $150 a month.

CorePower Yoga in Medford was a very well run studio. I'm moving to Medford soon, so I was scoping out the area for places to practice.

It was my first time in a yoga class, and I chose Hot Yoga. It was real hot. But I will say I felt pretty great afterwards, and didn't go in with expectations that I would like it as much as I did. The class itself was as enjoyable as moving around in 100 degree temperatures can be for me. I ended up using the facilities to clean up afterwards, and found them to be well put-together and clean. The staff was pleasant and helpful, and I liked that there were options for renting/using towels/mats/etc. I didn't get the chance to go again during my free week, but do plan to take another class at some point!
