Lots of conveniently scheduled class times, clean and well-kept studios and locker rooms, and fun inventory of clothing and yoga supplies. Instructors are fun, experienced, and encourage you to go at your own pace while also challenging yourself.

The flexibility to drop into a class multiple times a day and how clean it is. In particular when you have those cleaning wipes that you see at the gym given how much sweat there is in the studios. It would be great if you had at the studio a listing of all teachers with their photos and names. It's hard to remember who is who when you're just looking at the app. There is a lot of variety in quality of the teachers even when they're teaching the same class. I would suggest that perhaps encouraging to vary their poses because sometimes it gets very repetitive. And when you take classes 3x a week in diff classes you do want some variation among teachers.

The classes are wonderful and all of the instructors give feedback instantly to ensure that you are getting the most out of the class safely.

I'm completely addicted to the sculpt classes. Honestly, this studio has changed my life. I've brought 7 friends so far and 3 have bought packages/signed up for Black Tag. My only request is that you look into opening a studio in Burlington, MA or Southern NH.

Every instructor I've met has been friendly and approachable. I also like their different styles of teaching - it makes every class unique and not too formulaic. The facilities are well kept although I Last name removed wish the locker room had a little more space. Would definitely (and have been!) recommending to friends in the area.

The teachers and the yoga flow.

The instructors are amazing. The classes are so great and they the staff is very caring. One thing I've noticed is that the floors haven't been as clean as usual. I'm typically so amazed at how clean the studios are kept but its seemed a little less clean than usual. But overall I LOVE CorePower in Medford. Going there is such a treat.

The studios, music, instructors and flow of all classes. I love that it is more athletic than meditative. I LOVE the fact that the studios have mirrors, that is so key to my workouts.
