I have taken almost every class there...different times and days, and every instructor is plesant, cues well, and nice to chat w after.
You DONT get that at Bikram, ever, unless you are at Funky Door n San Francisco on Polk St....all Boston studios are snobs - not very zen.

I have tried a variety of classes at the studio and have loved them all. The teachers are very knowledgeable and helpful and each class is fulfilling physically and spritifually.
