The classes are great, sculpt is a favorite of mine, such a good workout. But the people are the best! So friendly and are great at remembering people's names.
Products - I purchased a Manduka Mat and spray and a Hydro Flask and have been completely satisfied with them .

This was my first hot yoga class - Kim was the instructor ~ she was so professional and inspiring ~ always ready to assist ~ cues we awesome and easy to follow with a great flow.
Her passion and enthusiasm for yoga and teaching is a delight and makes you want to challenge yourself in an inspring way !

I have been a member since 2015, and CPY Medford is my beloved home studio. I would love if Medford or a surrounding studio would offer C2 or C1 at 6 AM or earlier. All offerings are for yoga sculpt with a 6 AM start. I wonder if other yogis need an earlier morning practice that is more toned down? Thanks for reading and considering.

I love the heated classes - especially sculpt! I wish you guys would switch up what classes were at what times - for instance, having sculpt at 6am a few days a week. It would be good to change it up so its not the same schedule everyday!
