Love the studio! Every instructor is motivating and gives individual feedback. The studio seems to be judgement free and I have loved every class-- especially yoga sculpt!
The facility is so lovely and well kept, and the teachers are so kind and welcoming. I love your hot power fusion classes, especially the candlelit evening class. I feel that the teachers, classes, and ambiance create an inviting atmosphere where I can challenge myself while also being accepted for who I am, and where I am in my practice. I especially love the practice of setting intentions, which so many teachers encourage.

I love everything about this class! It's such an amazing workout! Wish the membership was a bit cheaper but I am considering signing up!
I have two knee replacements. It was to hard for me to due yoga. I will not return.
The classes are great! And the variety of teachers as well.
My only complaint is the constant talking by others before class in the studios, if you want to talk hang out in the store or the locker room. It is disruptive and although a studio rule, NEVER enforced.

Challenging classes. Recently attended Darci's class where she totally switched up the practice. It was a GREAT workout and felt good to switch up the usual routine. Will attend again for sure.
