The CPY staff has always been very friendly and welcoming. I always feel comfortable and relaxed once I walk into the studio. Its definitely a no judgement zone. The locker room is clean and the products are convenient. I usually dont feel clean after showering in public showers, but CPY is an exception.

This was my first time doing power yoga. I really enjoyed the instructor and the workout.

The studio and main entrance look new and are well maintained. The ladies locker rooms are also always clean. Love the classes and instructors and the easy to use app with accurate schedules and updates.

I love the facility, the instructors, and the convenient times of all the classes. I also like the app.

Until year ago I had never taken a yoga class in my life. It is exactly a year ago this week that I took my first sculpt class, I never thought I was going to finish the class so I informed the instructor that I was going to set myself up near the door in case I would leave. She was very understanding and reassured me that I would be fine. Well I never walked out but I left feeling great and empowered, I had done something that I never thought I could. I like Core Power Yoga because the the continuity of their staff performance, the positive attitudes from the instructors and I aso the little things like how they make sure they remember your name so when you think you can't do it anymore while you're taking the class the instructor points out how well you're doing by pointing it out and saying your name. Core Power has changed my life I'm in my 50s and I have never felt so good. I recommend it to anyone that wants to achieve feeling great with a little hard work at a state of the art facility .

It was my first class and the instructors helped a bunch , during the positions which really helped out . I had some soreness in my back all week prior due to the mass amount of shoveling and the next day after the hot yoga I felt amazing ! Thanks

CPY Medford offers classes to fit every schedule. The instructors are kind, upbeat, and offer up great intentions and assistance every class. I like going to the CP2 classes because the teachers are always switching it up. I like variety. The music rocks too!

This was my first hot yoga class ever, and I loved it! Cory was very cool - not too pushy, very great instructor, and I definitely want to take another class with her.
