The studio facilities are very well designed and well maintained. I felt immediately at ease when I walked into the studio. The location is conveniently located and I appreciate that there's plenty of parking options. The yoga sculpt class was a nice variation on typical yoga classes - I liked the added challenge of incorporating weights and strength training into the standard flow.

The classes are the best I have experience and I have tried a lot of studios. This is due to the heat, instructors and music selection. I also love the belly up core that is in every class!
