The instructors are fantastic, they pair rigorous poses and flow with sufficient opportunities to slow down and be mindful. I love that music is played during classes. I love that classes are only an hour but don't feel rushed.

I love the layout of the places and its cleanliness, the gentle guidance of the teachers and how they strive to include everyone in the practice of yoga. I appreciate the difficulty of the classes, hard enough to push yourself but also easy enough not to feel overwhelmed and insecure.
