Tristan's sculpt class changed everything for me, and I am now a devoted yogi and Corepower addict. I recommend Corepower to anyone who will listen as its changed my life. I'm even considering going through teacher training next year!

Studio looks and smells clean

I love that there are different level of classes. I had never done yoga before, so I started with C1 classes. Everyone was really friendly and supportive, and it taught me basic poses and made me comfortable with the idea of going to yoga (I was always so afraid I'd feel out of place and not know what I was doing). Also, being able to do one week free was a great test to make sure yoga was for me before paying for it, since I had never done it before. Now that I've been going to C1 classes for a while, I've started C2 and sculpt classes. It was a great transition for a beginner, and I've recommended it to many friends.

I love the teachers. The studio is beautiful. Most yoga is too meditative for me and I love the power and flow of CorePower. I feel like I get a great workout every time. Ditto for Sculpt. Feeling like I'm doing good by my body and not just beating it up while getting a great workout it super important for me.

Super close to my apartment and work, so it is very convenient to get to!

teachers are all awesome, i like that there's classes available 6am-9pm 7 days a week, the studios are beautiful and clean.

The studio is well decorated and inviting. I feel welcomed every time I come in. I can find a class to fit my schedule most times. I was sad when the 9:30 class went away. My only dislike is as the studio has become more popular and the classes fuller people have become less respectful of others yoga experience. The studio is laid back and I appreciate that but people are having full on conversations in full voice. It makes it hard to center yourself before your practice. I love this studio and hope I stay for a long time, I just hope the talking gets a little under control.

locations and type of people

For someone new to Yoga, your classes are easy to follow. Everything is clean and well laid out, all instructors are incredibly friendly and helpful, and there is plenty of parking.

All the staff are very friendly. There are classes throughout the day to fit different needs. The best part is that no matter what time I want to get some practice, there is a class I want to take; morning, lunch, or evening. The C2 class and sculpt class are by far my favorite and I highly recommend to everyone. The facility is clean and warm.
