Every single class is amazing! I love the flexible schedules, the instructors, and what the facility has to offer. I have never been to a studio that I have loved more than Core Power Yoga. The entire facility was wonderful and clean. I like going to yoga studios for the entire experience and I feel like I got that at core power. I've been looking for a hot yoga studio for a while now but haven't found the right fit. The instructor was wonderful, the yoga was tough enough that I actually felt like I was sculpting my body, the staff friendly and in imposing, and I feel like any level of yogi would feel welcome.

Core power yoga in Medford has given me the opportunity to practice yoga at the age of 65. The people there are awesome. You can tell they love their jobs.
This is one of the best yoga studio's I have attended. I found it through ClassPass and couldn't be happier. I feel like I am getting a great work out and still feel renewed upon leaving. The instructors are great and helpful and the studio is clean and inviting. I would definitely recommend to friends and family who enjoy practicing yoga.
