I love having 3 types of classes - the pure yoga, the high heart rate sculpting, and slow-moves musclebuilding of CSX.

I love the triangle (and CorePower). But one bit of advice — there are times (probably too many times) that I walk into the room, and the smell is so bad from the sweat on the floor from the previous class or classes. I would just highly recommend to find the right cleaners, or the proper training for the people cleaning the floors after the classes. My guess is that a lot of times it’s done too swiftly. I love core power (that’s why I give it a 10, but also why I’m being honest), and I do not want to see it go downhill because of things like this. If it were me, I would step back and assess the entire process, so that this is not just a one off temporary fix.

We need more early morning (5-5:30am) start times!!! Members know you are cutting back and I’ll be terminating my membership if no early classes are available.

I like that there are different levels and intensity. I need to plan my days better to get more times.

Love cpy. The showers at Triangle need a little more cleaning but other than that, great!

I like that a can count on a class during the time frame i need to get in a workout. I also really enjoy the teachers at the triangle

The studio itself is excellent, the layout, lighting, and size are perfect and really create the right environment for hot yoga. The steam heat in particular is a big reason I choose this specific location.

The instructors are also fantastic. My husband and I especially enjoy Patricia C’s classes. Her free community class on Sundays has been incredibly valuable, giving me the chance to work on foundational poses that I don't always get to focus on in C2 classes

I love Mueller and the Triangle locations for the care each teacher gifts students in our practice together. Yesterday, I took a class with Tia for the second time and was challenged just enough to feel my incremental but track able expansion in my ability and practice. Highly recommend Friday at 1pm if you can swing it!

Great teachers!

Super intense workouts and the SUPER SWEET people who attend classes and teach them. The instructors are hilarious, welcoming, and push us to remember why we are there. Will definitely be getting a membership after I finish up some financial situations!
