The instructor (Malcom?) - it was on 2/29 at 10 am at the Triangle- gave clear instructions and did not rush the movements as some of the instructors tend to do.

I recently relocated to Austin and I’m blown away by the caliber of instructors. Every single class is thoughtfully planned , amazing playlists. I find myself motivated to keep going back as it is never boring and always a happy place. Everyone is quite knowledgeable, but mostly they are all very warm and welcoming…… very well run the management is amazing. She does a fantastic job of managing such busy locations!!!!!!!!!

I brag about the Austin locations all the time.

Paige was hands down the best instructor I’ve ever experienced in a yoga session. She was throughly clear on exercises and pushed me passed what I thought my limits were. Best coach I ever and when I am healed after surgery I’ll be back. Highly recommend her to any of my friends in Austin.

As a long time CP member the triangle studio could use a facelift and more consistent upkeep. I miss the domain location.

That being said, I love the flexible class times and quality instruction. Trish is wonderful and her flow/core exercises have been very helpful for a healing postpartum mama. Nathan Will’s Saturday morning flow is not to be missed. I appreciate the time and care he crafts each class with. You never feel rushed through the flow and the movements are always creative and thoughtful.

If someone is a monthly member it may be cool to offer a monthly credit for a free water, mat, or towel rental.

Love CorePower! Highly recommend, would love to see more HPF classes weekday afternoon at the Triangle location. Also, would love a class with breath work and restorative (yin like) options as well. The teachers are fantastic and everyone is so welcoming.
