I love my experience at CPY & would highly recommend it. The instructors are wonderful, welcoming & genuinely care about their students. The class options (availability/times/variety) are excellent. The location is convenient. To avoid parking issues, I get there early. I would love to see Restore reinstated for a deeper dive into spiritual healing. The sound baths were very nice & that would be great to see on the schedule too.

Knowing it is there for me almost any time, any time. I had to travel a lot in 2024. Can't wait to be back at the Triangle when it reopens. Soon I hope??? Looking forward to trying out Mueller soon, I hope, too.

Super engaging and very easy to follow!

I love that I don't feel pressured to be perfect in these classes. I never feel embarrassed to modify if I need to or adjust the intensity based on how I'm feeling that day. It's great!
