Abigail!!! She is so sweet and an excellent teacher; I started with Core Power 7 1/2 years ago, and her classes are among the best I’ve taken.
Both studios are nice and roomie, and the womens locker room was very clean.

I think the teachers are the best and really make the experience so great. I am so grateful to all the staff, especially Ana, Halle and Karin. They have helped me become so physically and mentally fit this year, and it’s so awesome to have teachers who are truly kind and caring.

I like that you can sign up easy and normally right before class. That there are multiple times to choose from. I also like the play time in class - it's cool to try new things that stretch my yoga practice!

What I don't like is how expensive it is. I'd love my daughter to come with me but her pocketbook can't afford it. She goes to black swan instead.

I have done yoga at numerous studios through the Austin and Houston area and Ryann was by far the best instructor I’ve ever had. Even at 5:15AM and with only two people in attendance, her positive attitude and energy brought the room to life. I had never done a “sculpt” class before, but her instructions were clear, her music was fire, and the sweat was plentiful. I don’t know how long Ryann’s been teaching for, but give that woman her own studio already!

I love the classes! Instructors are great. Would make it a 10 but its really expensive

Halle is a great teacher, she knows the HPF sequence, has great energy and just creates a tremendous experience. I go to Triangle specifically to take her class.

I LOVE CorePower Yoga at the Triangle! The only piece of feedback I have is that sometimes it gets super loud in the lobby while we are in class trying to decompress and relax. It happens almost every Wednesday class at 5:30pm where there is loud talking outside in the lobby while class is going on. Just something I thought I would point out, I really do love everything about CorePower and all of the instructors are super kind and welcoming!

Nathan W was amazing for the 6:30 C2. It was both relaxing and awakening physically and mentally. He went at a good pace and was affirming with everyone. Also loved the lil spooky halloween vibe he added for a dash of fun!

I love the 45 minute workouts. I’m a busy, working mom and carving out an hour sometimes seems impossible. The 45 minute yoga sculpt class is a fantastic workout and I love how instructors can choose their own music (versus a gym class that has certain music that’s used).

I love core power so much! The teachers are so encouraging and kind and I always feel so accomplished after a sculpt class.

My favorite class is the 45 minute YogaSculpt. It’s such a great, fun workout with upbeat music and it’s the perfect amount of time. I am also a SET member at the Triangle CPY and I have enjoyed it so far. It’s nice to be a part of the behind the scenes aspect of the studio and the all access discount makes it totally worth it. All the instructors are friendly and motivating. The workout is amazing and the vibe in the studio is positive. I love CPY.

Coaches are awesome and fun/friendly. I always feel like i got an amazing workout and pushed my limits.

The best thing about CorePower are the instructors. I’ve been doing yoga on and off for about 20 years. I’ve only had a handful of instructors in the Austin area that I’ve really enjoyed. I’ve found that Victoria D.’s instruction as excellent.
