Great class. I’m not sure it would be good for beginners and wasn’t sure if it was advertised as one but I felt fantastic by the end. Great job showing examples first before doing so but overall it worked me out well

I LOVE it! Every class is a little different so I never get bored of doing the same routine. The music rocks! The teachers are great and very enthusiastic and knowledgeable when it comes to their specific flows.

The instructors are all excellent, welcoming & warm. I don’t feel judged & feel perfectly free to do the poses that are within my abilities. The studio is conveniently located & the space is inviting. There are classes at almost all hours to suit different schedules.

The instructors are amazing, clean facility and I always leave feeling refreshed and new. Amazing place! I will be doing yoga at corepower yoga wherever I go!

I like the amount of classes that are available.

Overall I am very happy with Corepower. I do want to ask - are the 60 minute classes more like 45 or 50? I feel like I've noticed a lot starting 3-5 minutes after the hour. And then when we move to stretching just after the 50 minute mark, it's really closer to 45 minutes for a workout.

For example a recent class actually started class at 5 after. Then at minute 52 we moved to the cooldown. So take 5 min from that, we only worked out 47 minutes.

Trying to manage my expectations - Should I only expect about 45-50 minute workouts in the 60 class? And for the 45 minute classes, are those more like 35?

Amazing and challenging class!

Whenever I get a chance to review, I am happy to laud the lovable team of instructors at the Triangle. This one is dedicated to Malcolm who clearly set a fast learning curve for himself, & with his winsome smile & musical acumen, he leads a truly inspiring class. So, bravo to him, Joel, Poy & Peyton to name a few because ALL the teachers at the Triangle have us students eager for encores.
