I absolutely love CorePower at the Triangle, and have become a regular. I have been to a couple other locations, and I think the instructors at the Triangle are very well trained. I also like that the front room has light and is not stuffy even when hot. Special shout-out to Darby, her classes are excellent.

Classes have gotten loud from all the talking. Can teachers please remind students NO talking in the studio?
Yoga is my quiet meditative time and so I’d appreciate if everyone keeps the studio quiet before class - and goes in the hallway to talk

The instructors are all wonderful: Joel H, Erin, Victoria, Cecilie, Poy, Casey, Priyal, Taylor, Abigail, Fedora, Alexa, Brack, too many to name all.
The music is fantastic. The classes options are great tho I would love to get restore/yin on the schedule to balance the other high intensity offerings.

The location is very convenient and there are so many classes and great variety. I love all the instructors and their great energy.

I really enjoy all the classes. I’ve noticed the studio cleaning as been much better lately.

I recently sustained an injury that will keep me out of the studio for a few months. (Torn acl and mcl) the freeze process was great. I appreciate it.

I really enjoy the classes at CPY & the instructors are all wonderful/warm/welcoming. The non heated C1 & sculpt (depending on the instructor) are great during warmer months. I loved the sound bath & hope to see more of that on the schedule. The classes which support causes are terrific. I think a family membership plan would be helpful.

I love the studio and the teachers are wonderful. I would love to see more HPF Classes on the schedule for afternoon/eves. I come from a Bikram background but love the low lights and feel of this studio, it's just what I needed. Y'all are doing a great job, keep up the good work!

The pace was manageable. Nicole was a quiet voice. And the bass in the music sometime was too loud. The music choices were good. I’ve enjoyed my two complementary classes alot.
