Honestly, I come for Ashlyn’s class. I’ve tried other teachers and the classes are fine. But I have been teaching yoga for almost 20 years and she is one of the best instructors I’ve ever experienced. I don’t even like “hot” yoga! But I do it because it’s the only way to take her class. Her choreography and pacing are skilled and artful. She’s a gem.

I absolutely LOVE CorePower Yoga. The MV Studio is my HOME! I have been sorta playing the Freeway Flyer these days getting to which ever studio I can (due to an office move and personal schedule changes). But the MV Studio is where it all began for me and I consider everyone -- both teachers and students as Ohana!

I love all the different teachers and class styles available, it offers many different angles of experience on Yoga. I also love how many classes are offered - There's really no excuse to miss a day with 25 classes offered.

I wanted to speak highly of my experience taking Ashlyn Zarate's class. First of all, she is a *qualified* teacher. So many Corepower teachers have awful practices and weird stupid sequences (and yes, I am referring even to the prescribed one that the corporation puts out in teacher training and suggests). Ashlyn I feel has taken the CorePower sequence and enhanced it, make it work better for people's bodies, so that the class and movement feels lively, fresh and interesting every class. I would contrast this to stagnant classes with the same boring sequence that teachers are forced to do makes for a very boring class with student stagnation, but I guess CPY would rather have people "think" they are doing yoga but can't even do basic poses correctly than actually instruct poses. What makes Ashlyn's classes good is that, she makes it accessible to all students (I feel at least) - there are always appropriate options! In Ashlyn's class I feel like I am actually improving/learning/maintaining my yoga practice as opposed to do moving around randomly in a hot room.

But your app is the worse app I’ve ever experienced . Often I have to take it off and reload. Many times the next day doesn’t show up .

The Site manager however, has been heard repeatedly being rude and disrespectful by passing customers. Luckily site manager is a rare sight
This was my first time back at the HB studio since last year and it’s seems to have gone under some great improvements. The space looks great and the facilities are well maintained. My instructor Olena had a great C2 sequence and she was an amazing teacher. I look forward to my next visit to this studio.
