Love the tight knit community there
The overall cleanliness of the studio was a plus, the showers and locker room were clean with working showers. The instructor had a great class, great flow within the movements and good use of combination movements to maximize the workout. I would say out of the other Yoga Sculpt classes I had taken, this was one of the more challenging ones I had taken recently.
Excellent Instructors and very friendly and fun staff. Comfortable facilities as well.

The instructors at CorePower Yoga are truly exceptional. Not only are they highly skilled and knowledgeable, but they also possess a genuine passion for yoga that shines through in their teaching. Each class is expertly crafted to provide a balanced blend of asanas and breathwork, leaving me feeling energized and centered.
The variety of classes offered at CorePower Yoga cater to practitioners of all levels, from beginners to seasoned yogis. Whether you're looking to build strength, increase flexibility, or simply unwind after a long day, there's a class for you. I particularly enjoy the Hot Power Fusion classes, but also take C2 (probably more often than HPF).

The Woodbridge Corepower Yoga studio offers not only a variety of classes, but also an environment that fosters growth and tranquility. The studio and locker rooms are always clean and there is always someone to greet you at the front counter.
The studio offers community classes often on the lawn and special classes for members all the time.

It was a good workout fun and easy!
Yoga in a heated environment is the best way to do it. It incorporates cardio with strength training. I could feel my joints being more flexible in the heated room. I love the format of flow, core, stretch. In My latest class, the instructor’s voice was a little too soft. It was hard to hear her amidst the music. Maybe the music was too loud??

The Woodbridge studio consistently shines in all categories. I absolutely rate it the best in CPY Orange County.

It was great! Teachers are fantastic however the Fashion Island location feels a bit run down compared to others.
I love that the floors are a little soft, it’s much easier on my joints. I also love how the instructors are friendly and non-judgmental. One thing I noticed in my last C2 class was the piano music so loud it was causing slight feedback in the speakers and I couldn’t always hear the instructor because of it. But overall a great experience nonetheless. Thank you!
I love the variety of classes. Though it would be nice to have more early afternoon options. Especially HOT POWER FUSION.
I love the instructors. Everyone is so welcoming. I also love that I can get to a class any time of the day. I am a caregiver for my mother and father in law, so it varies when I get a break to take a class.

I like so many things about Core Power. I like the facility, it is clean and inviting, I, like the options of the schedule, there is always a class available, I love the teachers and their varying personalities, and, of course, I love the yoga, the heat and the work out. CorePower is where it is at for me.
All the instructors and staff are very friendly and knowledgeable about yoga. There are a variety of classes offered; the classes are not overly crowded and the music is not too loud, for which I'm truly grateful!
