Great class and studio energy
I absolutely love it. This is a wonderful company and definitely a positive and great way to get my fitness goals reached. I have also absolutely loved the cleanliness of the studio and more than appreciate it having showers and space for me to get ready in to be able to go to work right after my session. All the teachers here are also so positive and very helpful in any questions I have or goals I make. Absolutely love CorePower.

Wow! Sonia is amazing. What a competent facilitation, excellent inclusion of a chant, and meaningful direction and explanations of the yoga positions.
The instructor knew what she was doing and did an excellent job at the end for everyone.

I loved my experience at the studio. The instructors are all incredible individuals, each one offers a different set of yoga flows that is unique to them and keeps my sessions diverse. I also really appreciate the “intentions” at the beginning of each session, they are sincere and help me stay grounded. Thank u CPY Brea.

Great classes and instructors! Ashlyn Z’s C2 classes are amazing! The Woodbridge facilities are also well maintained and clean!

The teacher was kind and friendly. She greeted me and gave me a tour. During the session she made sure I was okay. The facilities were clean. I thought it was a wonderful way to do yoga.

It challenges me the only thing I do not like is that I’m being charged $15 for a fee of not assisting a class in which I have been assisting. I don’t understand what’s going on with the billing.
I have loved all my instructors and they each bring something different which makes each class great! They are all very personal and friendly which just makes the experience even better and makes me look forward to coming to class😊
