Consistency. Like Starbucks, you have become a brand I can count on. However - the studios can be cleaner. There's a lot of people sweating.... restock the Kleenex, clean the corners of the bathroom (they matter) look at the details. Cleaning should not be left to "volunteers" - heavy duty cleaning needs to happen to maintain your beautiful spaces.
Emily Grace was an excellent C1 instructor. The theme was about authenticty and being perfectly imperfect and was consistently carried through the class. The music was unique and appropriate for the class. She was consistently adjusting the class members and encouraging each one by name. Great experience.

The studio was really clean and nice - I typically go to the Boulder studios, and this one had a nice vibe. The instructor did a great job and was very friendly. The location is also incredibly convenient and parking was easy!
