Loved the class, challenging but doable.
Wonderful thoughtful mature instructors. I like having a ‘message’ to set the tone of the class. I like the studio to be quiet before and after class so that there is opportunity for introspection & reflection. Studio room size not too big not too small. Clean locker room & showers are a requirement for me. I do think that users could do a better job of cleaning up after their own use to facilitate a pleasant experience for others.

In HPF - the consistency of the instructors. Their flow and knowledge about what they're teaching.
In YS - it's a great workout - high calories burn, and the hour flies by. The instructors are not as consistent, though and it takes a little while to find a solid instructor.
For me - it's an easy experience and ensures my commitment to myself. I'm glad to have CP in my life :)
