I do wish there were a couple of beginners (C1, HPF) classes in the early mornings.
If I go to a corporate studio I know what I am going to get - a 60 minute sweaty work out that challenges both my body and mind. Can't say the same thing about the Denver franchise studios...they do things a little differently it seems.

Great location and instruction
Love the Lohi studio. I love how large the studios are and I never feel like I'm crammed in there. The teachers are all the best. I always walk away saying, that was exactly what I needed. My favorite Denver studio for sure.

They are great! I love Marnie, Ann L and Kendra Va in the Denver market they are the best teachers I have had and I have been a member for almost 5 years now!
THe facilities are nice. However, the locker room is too small for the customer volume.
