I love the teachers, the practices, and how many locations there are in Denver. However, I wish it hadn't gone up so much in price. I want to recommend to friends, but a lot of them cannot afford it!
The teachers are very knowledgeable and genuine. I love taking yoga classes at LoHi.
We love so many things.... one quick thing we can think of now...is the way the instructor tells us about how each pose helps which system in the body.
The plumbing has been a bummer at this location because we usually squeeze yoga in between different appointments/business/situations and need to leave the studio "ready" to get back into life...so that is hard sometimes when the plumbing isn't working as well--especially with how popular the location is.
Nevertheless.... we love this location and everyone who teaches!!

Wonderful space and teachers. We always look forward to Devan's friday afternoon C2 class.
Please consider getting another bench for inside the mens locker room (I'm guessing the old rickety one broke!) - it would be nice to have a place to sit down while changing to put on socks etc. Thanks!

Great teachers
I did 3 classes here while in town working. The place was clean, staff friendly and all three classes were uniquely sequenced so it did not feel like the same class over and over. Classes were all great.
I feel like a whole new person every single time I leave a session!
Robin’s class on Saturday was incredible. From both a spiritual and physical standpoint, it was amazing.

The main challenge with Lohi is Studio 2.
It's mainly used for HPF and Hot Yoga but that room is way too hot. The heat and the humidity rise to dangerous levels. It's much warmer and more dangerous than what we see in other studios with the same classes. It makes it hard for me as I have to drive a lot further to find a safe studio for HPF and Hot Yoga.
Heat, humidity, HPF format, and the teachers! Terri's class was excellent on New Year's Eve and a great way to wrap up 2025.

The studio is pretty yucky and feels not clean. Morning YS Devon, Julia, Sophie and Sara continue to deliver. C2 classes should not be heated to HPF levels. If you're going to be corporate and have brand standards, teach your teachers to follow the rules with temperatures or make them face consequences.
I just starting going to CorePower again and I have had great experiences! The staff is very friendly, the classes are challenging, and the location is perfect for me! I recommend people to CorePower all the time!!

I love the studio and the teachers, but please get more weights, especially in the 6lbs to 12 lbs range. There is always a shortage!
I love the studio, the large changing rooms, and the multiple studios.
The one challenge I have is that Studio 2 is too hot. I have been to numerous studios across Denver and Studio 2 at Lohi is dangerously hot. I have heard this from multiple people. It stops me from attending HPFs, HY classes that take place in Lohi.
Lohi has such good vibes and it shows through the attendance. Lexi shifts HPF to make it interesting and maximize your practice. Last time she made core all planks but then allotted for 2 seta of pigeon pose. Now thats OG

The heat in Studio 2 @ Lohi is special and unique in Denver. And Mallory is one of the best teachers I know. Amazing vibes every time I attend this Sunday evening class.
