Instructors, classes, everything!
Lohi Core Power rules. It is a nice friendly environment to practice yoga in. The studios, and locker rooms are always clean, the staff is always outgoing and super helpful. The classes are both consistent and bountiful, making it easy to fit Yoga into a busy schedule.

The classes are the perfect mix of mildfulness, stretching, breathing, and FITNESS. I personally want to feel like I've burned some calories when I attend a class and CPY is the only place I've ever been that does that well without sacrificing the heart of yoga. The teachers bring their own personality and flavor to each class, however, I have found that they are pretty much consistent in maintaining that backbone of fitness meets mindfulness. I love that the classes never "sell out" and the teachers always make sure that everyone gets squeezed in.
Convenience of classes and times.
Whitney subbed a late afternoon C2 on Sunday, July 9 and her sequences, cues and energy were fantastic. Wish I lived in Denver so I could take her class regularly . Studio is really nice also
Nice clean studio
The facilities are top notch, and a very clean, modern touch to them. Every employee that I met was smiling and very nice. The instructor was very upbeat, knowledgeable, and attentive to everyone in the class.
I always have such a great workout/sweat sesh in a Corepower class.

I love the consistency of quality in all areas: front desk, c2 instructors and overall level of challenge in the the classes. The common areas are always clean and relaxing. I am always happy with the level of quality of this studio!

Love the class variety
Great instructurors; they just seem to be a cut above the others studios! I like a class with a theme. There are windows in the studios. Studios without windows make me feel claustrophobic. Clean showers😎 thanks

Multiple class offerings. Two studios with enough time between classes to set up in the room before class starts. Adequate locker space. Experienced instructors.

I would have enjoyed some more traditional classes offered as well as restorative yoga. I am biased at the moment because I injured my shoulder doing push ups on a block in one of your classes.
