I love the consistency of quality in all areas: front desk, c2 instructors and overall level of challenge in the the classes. The common areas are always clean and relaxing. I am always happy with the level of quality of this studio!

Great instructurors; they just seem to be a cut above the others studios! I like a class with a theme. There are windows in the studios. Studios without windows make me feel claustrophobic. Clean showers😎 thanks

Multiple class offerings. Two studios with enough time between classes to set up in the room before class starts. Adequate locker space. Experienced instructors.

I would have enjoyed some more traditional classes offered as well as restorative yoga. I am biased at the moment because I injured my shoulder doing push ups on a block in one of your classes.

Curriculum & environment
I was visiting Denver from out of town and was looking for a yoga class to pop into. I am so glad I found this studio. The staff was overwhelmingly friendly and welcoming. The C2 class with Whitney was incredible. Energizing, enlightening, and challenging.
I wish there was a location closer to my home on the east coast. Please look into franchising to Princeton or Bucks County. ;) Thank you for one of the best Yoga experiences ever.
