Classes are worthwhile, challenging workouts.

The Instructor, Elizabeth Staab, was phenomenal. She was uplifting and sparked joy for me in getting back to yoga. I recently got injured from lifting and took the Yoga Sculpt class to get some strength training and I felt it all over the next day especially my core. I will be back for more.

Carolyn, instructor , was accommodating and good in her practice. I appreciate her trying new approaches like introducing classical music as we flow in C2. Her adjustments feels great. I also like the location as I live nearby.

My free week has been nothing short from amazing. Being a "retired", "washed up" football player I am still into heavy lifting and anything that can break a sweat and keep the heart rate pounding. Coming into these classes every evening is the perfect way to get a second workout in for the day that really hits you at a different angle.

Very comfortable and welcoming environment, especially for those with minimal experience. Friendly staff, clean locker room and studios.

West Loop instructors provide a friendly service and create a positive environment. I always feel welcomed from the moment I walk in and it has left a lasting impression. I would recommend any of the classes and instructors, and the yoga products sold there are just a bonus - I got my yoga mat there!

Elizabeth was an excellent instructor and the locker rooms were nice and clean.

Molly Leonard was an amazing instructor! I came to my first class very inexperienced. She took her time at the start to throughly explain the class and even checked in with me throughout the class. She had great energy and was extremely encouraging. I will be back!

This review is for Maggie (C2). Maggie is such an all-star teacher! Physically, her class is always a challenge but never lacking balance--class-to-class she offers a diverse practice, always incorporating something new and different from the last time. She offers meaningful insights and intentions, which always makes the class a richer experience. Clear cues, well-paced, and always genuine in spirit! She got me hooked back on C2 and I'm so grateful for it!

Hi - I attended one class and I really enjoyed it! The instructor was fantastic (Aly) and guided the class through a challenging yet still attainable flow. I liked the clean locker rooms and that there were locks available for use.

I have been a black tag member for over 4 years now and always encourage friends to sign up or come along with me to class. Core Power has been one of the constants in my life and I can't imagine not being a member!

Great classes and very friendly staff. Only downside is that it's kind of hard to purchase classes/membership, wish I could buy online.
