Every one is super friendly and welcoming! I have not taken yoga in years so I was a little nervous about starting but the staff made sure it was a positive experience for me! Even went as far as showing the different poses and the name for it when I was getting lost. Definitely would recommend for ANY Yogi at any level!
I loved how updated and big the studio was! I usually workout at south loop and they recently cancelled all the classes I usually rely on because I’m a nurse so my hours are late so I will now be coming to west loop however just concerned about parking.
The West Loop location is close to my house, and parking is easy. My favorite class is Emily's on Wednesday mornings.
The teacher for the CP to class I took with my daughter it was really good. My only issue with the studio is that the set up in the locker room was pretty cramped.
First time going there cause south loop was getting new floors. Might have to split my time now. Super new studio w a great vibe.
Each yoga instructor has it's own teaching style, so it's never boring.
Classes are intense but you feel amazing afterwards. I didn't know Yoga could target so many parts of my body.

Great studio with a very welcoming environment. My only critique is the showers could use a bit more upkeep. Understandable with the high volume, but a bit of shower cleaning wouldn’t hurt the ambiance.
Nice teachers, and consistent. Clean facilities. Free week is a huge marketing advantage!
