I like how at any time of the day, I can catch a class. It works around my schedule. I like the different formats to try/cross train and experiment. I love the teachers, I love the Western style of yoga.

All the teachers are great. There is never a dull or boring class. Facility is clean. The teachers all take pride in their classes and relationships with their class. Just a great place to practice yoga.
