All of your classes, instructors, and teachings are so beautiful, peaceful, and helpful. I have found so much joy through CorePower. It is honestly the best part of my day because the teachers are so kind and thoughtful, and the practice itself is easy to follow and modify.

What I like about CorePower is the the environment, commitment to mindfulness AND fitness. Last summer I signed up for a year commitment at another chain gym (that will not be mentioned) but often found myself DREADING to go there. Even though they had more facilities and a variety of classes, I would get anxiety from the TVs that blasted CNN and Fox News. With CorePower, I get get excited to take classes and focus within.
Intense classes, good variety, classes at convenient times. Mostly I like the community vibe.

We took Janelle's 8:45 AM Saturday class, and it was amazing. She is an awesome teacher. Her message, flow and music was just what I needed- perfect start to the weekend.

The vinyasa yoga classes as well as yin/restorative classes are my jam. I'm not really into the weights and cardio stuff, it's just not yoga, but at least people have more options in their workout routine. I also like the clothing lines the studio carries.
