My favorite teacher is Laura McK. I was a sculpt addict before going to her C2 class. She motivates you to be thougtful and strong, on and off the mat.
I love supporting Core Power even though we have a local Sobo yoga studio- the schedule is convenient even though there isn't always parking and some classes are overly packed. Thank you for putting out flavored water too.
Teacher was amazing! I forget her name but she's from North Dakota--so energetic, and over the two years I've taken classes from her off and on, her teachings are getting more profound. Sweat + soul!

At one of the studios I went to they passed around lavender towelettes towards the end and it was the most amazing thing ever. It made my yoga experience 10X better that day
