Very welcoming, great class, and nice facilities.

Very spiritual restorative session. Deeper journey content than average CP class. Nice facility - although you can see into the men's locker room from the lobby. Saw a person posted up there as if they were waiting for someone. I was like, why is that person waiting in that weird spot and then figured it out after the fact, lol. Good energy in the building.

The staff is extremely friendly and welcoming and their expertise is great. The environment is very welcoming and encouraging whilst the level of knowledge and instruction is incredible.

CPY instructors are intuitive, gracious, knowledgeable and caring. My hardest days on the mat are unequivocally my best days on my mat where I'm able to access the deepest walls within. And as I struggle I change.

Your classes have been amazing! I have really enjoyed all of the the instructors I've had thus far. I am really looking forward to trying more classes this week.

The instructors are all of amazing quality -- Joy, Janelle (the one who teaches Tuesday 11:30), Tunde, Noelle, Kenda, Sarah (who teaches Wed 8:45 am), Robert, Dan, Ashley, Sophie, and the list goes on and on!

My favorite teacher is Laura McK. I was a sculpt addict before going to her C2 class. She motivates you to be thougtful and strong, on and off the mat.
I love supporting Core Power even though we have a local Sobo yoga studio- the schedule is convenient even though there isn't always parking and some classes are overly packed. Thank you for putting out flavored water too.

Teacher was amazing! I forget her name but she's from North Dakota--so energetic, and over the two years I've taken classes from her off and on, her teachings are getting more profound. Sweat + soul!
