I love my 6am instructors! Not only is it the sequences we go through, but the music, and your guidance. I hear from a few friends who practice outside CPY, and the common complaint is the rambling of the instructor while you're practicing. That can really bring you out of your practice/meditation. I take for granted how wonderfully rounded my instructors are at CPY. I am very thankful for you. Thank you for a clean space to practice and locker room as well :)
