Great experience
Love the instructors (Bethany is my favorite) the class structure, intensity of the workout and community.
I enjoyed the work out and positivity but her music was way too loud and we couldn't hear her over it many times. This causes pain in my ears and made me want to quit the class early. The proper thing is to have the volume at a decent enough level so that you can hear the instructions, and also turn it down a bit once the workout is over and you are trying to relax and stretch during meditation.
Going to Core Power has been such a great experience for me. I love the flexibility with all the class choices. My body has completely changed. I’m so disciplined about attending classes. I love the studios and the people who work there. The instructors are all awesome & so personable. I feel well taken care of as a patron, and I have somehow become a yogi 🧘!!!! Thanks 🙏 Core Power Team!

CorePower is really great because I feel so much peace while working out. Sculpt is definitely more intense, but that's needed too—I can't just do relaxing workouts all the time. 😄 I genuinely love attending CorePower classes.

I love how when you walk you automatically feel very comfortable and greeted warmly by the staff. The studio is always clean from the towels smelling good to the weights and mats being clean. My favorite instructor is Brinley, her classes are so motivating and challenging and I always feel like a better version of myself after each class. Favorite studio in LA!!
Love Jaclin M and Amber CA—they’re truly some of the best teachers! The upgraded space looks amazing. A couple of things I’d love to see in the future: built-in locks for the cubbies so we don’t have to bring our own, and upgraded shampoo, conditioner, and body wash in the facilities. Those small touches would make an already great experience even better. It's my favorite studio and has completely changed my body! Grateful for the community as well.
I felt pain the next day. It tells me I worked arms and stomach muscles I hadn’t worked out.

Sculpt classes at the Hermosa studio. Each teacher and class is different which makes it fun. Dani does an excellent job managing the studio…great teachers, super clean, and multiple classes offered during the day. Thank you!

The Torrance studio has a neighborhood vibe; teachers know the students and the students know each other for the most part. We are familiar with each other and are excited when we see each other out in the community or at other studios.
The instructors are overall fantastic as well. Not everyone teaches exactly the same and I love the variety of styles: slow C2 made intense by super slow movement and long holds, consistent C2 focused on heart opening or inversions, etc. Also love the addition of the 5am CSX classes -- what a great way to begin the day! Core Restore is a nice way to end the day and I wish there were more of those available.

Love the overall vibes, everyone is so welcoming and kind. Every teacher is different so it always good to see that each class is unique and fun in its own way.

LOCATION!!
Love it all except the price. Would be nice to have smaller memberships like 4 times a month for a cheaper unit price than the class pack. Like classpass offers but with all the money going to the business instead of the third party

I really liked that even though it was for intermediate students the instructor was making it very aware to modify but to also push yourself to your limits. I also love the way the studios look and how clean they are!
I absolutely loved the yoga teacher, Nora Carter. She said it was her first time teaching a class and I wouldn't have known! The class was challenging but easy to follow at a great pace. I would definitely go again.
