Love the wonderful teachers! I like it when I'm learning the correct movement and when they give the little tips to correct my posture - those little tips or correction makes a big difference. I like that all teachers have different styles and I learn different movements that help me and love their positive energy. I go to 3 different locations, and I am growing my yoga practice the last 6 months I have been a member. However, just this last month or so, I noticed that there are 1 or 2 new teachers, at least new in the Manhattan Beach location who talks too long that her inspiring words sound more like bad preaching because she talks too long - the beginning of the class, if felt like she talked for 10 minutes and none were movement instructions for a core power yoga 2 that I just want to leave the class for the first time ever. I really don't mind inspiring words during the entire class, but there should be a set limited time maybe a few seconds here and there of how long her inspiring narrative should be - and more focussed on specific instructions and movements we can use during the class. I believe the new teachers if guided or reminded on how much time they should talk using inspiring long narratives vs instructional movement can be good teachers. I hope this is helpful.
The great teachers that stand out for me and whom I have learned so much and enjoyed their class so much are Jacklyn, Grace, Kim, Sam, Ali, Dori, Norreen, Molly, Alamea, George, David, Adri, Ariana, Faith. All are great! and there's only 2 out of a long list of great teachers that I wanted to walk out of the class.

Core Power Yoga has been an integral part of my lifestyle over the past few years. I love the benefit of taking my practice throughout the country while I’m traveling for business or pleasure. Thank you for adding more locations throughout the LA County which is my hometown and where you can find me rotating studios that will fit my schedule at any given time of day. Highly recommend Sam Gordon in Manhattan Beach. Her knowledge, attention to detail and fluidity during our vinyasa flows and meditation is unmatched. I always felt a sense of calm throughout the session leaving with peace and tranquility that has truly elevated my practice. I am very grateful for the experience - thank you.

Great workout nice teachers close to home
Chenfa is the best instructor and his classes are always great. Also appreciate that the class sizes at Santa Monica are slightly smaller than at some of the other studios and you do not feel as crowded.
The yoga instructors are all kind, motivating, and energetic. The studio rooms are pretty small but that’s ok- they are always clean and always have wipes available to use to wipe down your mat after class. Also, the parking is super easy.

I’d love to see more 6 am sculpt classes at the Marina Del Rey studio. Otherwise, I’ll unfortunately have to start attending another studio.
The instructions specially Kimberly S is so motivating, professional and detailed.
Kim always gives you correction to use the proper muscle.
