Si Ethan ay isang mahusay na instruktor. Napakahusay niyang itinuturo ang parehong uri ng yoga classes! Kitang-kita ang kanyang masayahin at positibong personalidad tuwing nagtuturo siya, kaya laging masaya at nakakaengganyo ang kanyang mga klase. Sa tuwing dumadalo ako sa kanyang klase, pakiramdam ko ay mas lumalakas at mas gumagaling ako kaysa dati. Talagang sulit siyang maging guro!

I enjoy the quality & variety of sculpt classes offered at the Hermosa studio. All the teachers are welcoming & friendly with each having a different style which makes class lots of fun. I typically take class from Madison, Mackenzie, Hailey, Diana, D’andre and Hannah. They’re all terrific!
Full class experience every time
It’s a big room, the instructor have lots of energy and are friendly and it’s a good challenge!
I took Serafina T’s 9:30 am CSX on Sunday - GREAT instructor. Good upbeat music (majority of the songs she chose had a fast adrenaline start and stayed consistent - in addition with good transitions between tracks), she has a really strong instructors voice - reminded me like I was watching one of those online instructors who teach at BeachBody, and good sequencing. Will easily take her again.
I took Jensen R’s GingerUp C2 class. Great instructor! Great utilization of the room for demo’ing, great vocal projections, music volume was perfectly leveled/clearly heard her cues, she used a good amount of cue’s and a decent amount of Sanskrit. I liked two of her transition poses going from low lunge twist directly into shiva squat (flowed well).
Only advice - jack up the heat (even though the thermostat said 100, LOL), and sequencing could be a little more challenging. I want to sweat. I want to drip drip on this core power floor!

If I wanna bring my friends, this is the place I wanna take them. Location is great, parking is great,the studio feels lively, it’s all good!

Nice instructors who are skilled
I enjoy Kristin P's C1 class on Mondays at 3pm. In my opinion she is the best instructor.
The experience was amazing, I really enjoyed the entire time I was in the studio. The teacher was incredible and made the class so much fun while also pushing me extremely hard.
I loved the music and the simplistic energy! Also the free aspect is amazing- will definitely be returning and have probably recommended around 5 people by now and it’s only been 4 days since my first class.

Alec is such a good C2 instructor. Take her if you can. I honestly think she needs to teach a 75 minutes C3. Music, flow/sequence, cues - love it all. It’s a real shame how the LA Core Powers barely teach any C3’s or CSX. Lupita’s C3 from Sherman Oaks was real good but she just got promoted and got rid of her Sunday 9 am section which is a bummer.
Anyways, this studio has good instructors. I don’t know about the bathrooms though. I know this studio just got a recent renovation but the shower heads are literally at mid level for a persons body and the soap/body wash is on the floor. I think they purposely did this so you can practice your forward folds when squirting out the soap, then go into a chair pose right after while scrubbing your hair with soap so the water actually hits your face. If not, then whoever Core Power hired to renovate this studio did a horrible job on the bathrooms, UNLIKE Wilshire! That studio is absolutely gorgeous.
