Full body workout! Enthusiastic teachers! Great music! Doesn’t feel like a workout. It feels like a dance party! I have so much fun in class.
Love the free and easy parking! Very clean corepower and spacious, clean studio. Great instructor and sequence but not very friendly, especially during desk time. Also should have been demoing more.

But I do wish you could add 75 minute classes and also a CP-3 class would be nice

Kate's Sculpt class was so fun and challenging! The flow was perfect and the playlist really helped to keep me motivated.
Jimmy leads an amazing class. Yoga is experiencing a popularity boom across the United States and so many times I feel as if instructors have a commerciallized and phoned-in approach to yoga and spirituality.
Jimmy is 100% a genuine guy. I could feel at the moment from the class started. His approach to group classes is both inclusive and appropriately challenging. He is authentic and accessible. I hope he leads more classes at Core Power and across the South Bay.

I love the easy booking and choosing the workout for a day. Instructors are always there at the front desk welcoming each student.. Hermosa studio is nice and clean and smell fresh . Luckily I only once experienced totally full class and it was a bit tight for my liking . Overall experience is great!

I travel all the way from Beverly Hills to MDR for this class - it's the best CPY class I take all well - Alec is exceptional!
The instructors are terrific and the studio is super clean. I enjoy taking C2 classes from Noreen and Deanna. Racquel does an excellent job staffing and maintaining the MB studio.
Instructor was great and sequence was well done -- class was challenging but not impossible (i.e. allowed everyone in the room to feel like they could participate)
