I love it! Very clean studio. Excellent teacher (Yoga Sculpt 11am Sat). Understandably, class is so full. Perhaps, better air circulation would help to make the experience even much better.

My favorite classes are Sarah C2's on Tuesdays and Kimberly's HPF classes. They have been such a great way to grow my practice and the HPF's have made my practice more well-rounded by hitting so many things (strength, stretch, mobility) that enhance my other classes. I would recommend anyone to take these classes at Hermosa!
Felt welcomed as soon as I walked in. Facility was so beautiful and had relaxing atmosphere. The class I took at Redondo was amazing. Great amount of strength training, stretching, and relaxing. I totally wanted to fall asleep during savasana. Felt so refreshed!! Thank you!!! Definitely coming back to this class!
Shannon is the best instructor I have taken at corepower! she is full of energy every 6am class she teaches, very motivating instructor and mindful of everyone’s needs to complete the class on time so everyone can get to work! I recommend her class to everyone :)

Love the Wilshire Studio & our incredible wet humidity! So lucky this studio still has this.
Would really love to see more HPF classes added to some prime time 5,5:30 or 6pm. They are either morning or late evenings.
Also please add the HPF class back for Saturdays at 11am and something for Sunday day as well.
Extremely sad to see it off the schedule for Saturdays. Too many yoga sculpt and C2 classes for weekends not enough variety. Plus for your long time students that love HPF and high heat there is not enough class options.

Great workout and teachers
The instructor gave variations for each pose to make it easier or harder. I enjoyed the pace and will go to more classes.

I love it here the teachers are kind and sweet and supportive they have diverse experiences and a variety of teaching styles which makes doing the same routine over and over more fun for example HPF is a set sequence but each teacher gives it a different feel and I like that otherwise routines get redundant. I love the unique set ups like nana restores with the sound healing it’s been such a healing experience got me and im so grateful for the team they make me feel like im at home and hanging out with friends, I appreciate that they take time to make connections before and after and build relationships, and are so genuine I especially love and appreciate George, healing vibes nana, eloquent and resilient Adam, the leadership in Racquel, and the very beautiful sweetheart Sasha. I honestly sometimes don’t even go for the yoga although I love it and have for twenty years, I find myself going up meet and hang out with these beautiful individuals who bring life to the practice and connect the practice to life.
My favorite cp studio! The instructors (Francesca, Carla, Andrea, George…) are terrific, friendly and welcoming. The studio is super clean and the heat always works!!
Love CPY and all of the wonderful heated yoga classes to choose from! The instructors are awesome too!! I also love that I can go to multiple locations all over the country. Its great to have a workout option when traveling.
I love Lia, the new manager at Wilshire, she is absolutely wonderful as a teacher as well as a Manager. The location is still under renovation but once that is completed it would be awesome
