Core power in the ink block is an awesome studio… The yogis are all very nice and communicate well…. I can always find a place to park and I am never disappointed when I walk in that door.. Hot sculpt and C2 are great classes !!

The instructors are so welcoming and encourage you to do your best! There is a great sense of community that supports you, there is no sense of competition! I love committing my time to a class and I feel accomplished afterwards!

For core I had wish all instructors were able to count music beats, it’s a very nice flow when done that way. It takes listening to music and having someone assist those instructors that it doesn’t come natural to hear, 4.3.2.1.
