CorePower Yoga has changed my life this year. Being in the studios almost every day has helped me shape a lifestyle focused around health/wellness and building strength. The instructors are so kind, energized, and create amazing experiences in their classes. I love being a part of the CP community.

Good pace, nice and clean room
I absolutely love CorePower. Love the instructors, the community, the environment - honestly, almost everything! I think the only reason my score is a 9 out of 10 is due to pricing. I have a membership, but it is very pricey, which I know not a lot of people can afford (and sometimes I consider cancelling myself due to the price). Personally, I believe the current pricing scale can cause an equity and inclusion issue, because not all groups of people can afford to pay for these services. As a person of color, I can clearly see which ethnicity is more prominent at this gym, and i'm not blaming the gym for that. Honestly, based on location, it makes sense why the majority of the population at CorePower belongs to a specific group of people. Regardless, I always recommend CorePower to my friends, family, etc. because they offer 1 free unlimited week - which is amazing and something to definitely take advantage of. I just know my friends and family of color would go more often if CorePower was more affordable.
Abby is awesome - she’s kind, welcoming and the class is challenging. I have ordered an extra drink on Saturday night before knowing that her Sunday class would cure the hangover.
The instructors are great. I would love the classes to be heated up just a bit more to get the full effect of the CorePower experience!

We keep coming back for Widya! We were so lucky she was subbing for some classes because we’re not able to make her regular times (during work hours).
I was a bit intimidated to start classes worried that I wouldn't be very good (and it's hot) but I'm so glad I got over myself. I work from home and have really enjoyed my mornings with Corepower. I signed up thinking I'd go 2 times a week but now I go almost every weekday before work. The instructors know my name and it seems dumb but it makes my day. The whole experience has been great for my mental health, and physical!

loved it! great work out, easy to modify to your own level and instructor offered suggestions for modifications to make easier or more challenging. loved the yoga incorporated into it. left feeling refreshed and energized
