Services are great. Love the classes! My only complaint is the lack of cleaning supplies made available so that yogis can clean their mats after class. Other studios that I’ve attended provide this benefit, which is great and keeps the studio hygienic.
The facility is always super clean, bright and inviting. The Fresh Pond location is spacious with ample parking. I’ve been to other locations and this one is my favorite. I feel like I’m treating myself to a luxurious experience every time I go. The hot fusion yoga never disappoints. Instructors are rockstars.

Size of studios and locker room accommodations. Showers could be cleaned more frequently, but the facility is very nice and spacious.

Every teacher at Medford is so amazing and inspiring. The quality of yoga is top notch and it is always the perfect temp in each studio. The bathrooms & showers are so clean thanks to the SET team! I love the feeling of the tight knit community when you are at the Medford Studio! Couldn't recommend it enough!

It’s great! I love the class! I just hope you can open another yoga studio in prudential. Boston’s wonder is so cold, which hinders me and my friends to come as frequently as we want.
I’ve been practicing Yoga for many years and have tried classes all over the country. There’s no where quite like CPY. Everything about it keeps me coming back. The classes are amazing for everything from stress management, to breaking a sweat, and exploring new layers of yourself as well as yoga philosophy. The instructors are top notch. They’re dynamic, supportive, speak to EVERY BODY, and they’re undeniably passionate about yoga. The studios and locker rooms are beautiful (how many other yoga studios have spa like locker rooms?!). Above all the community here is unparalleled. I’ve found a true tribe and forged lasting bonds. Whenever I walk in it feels like home. The only down side. It’s pricey! And they make you pay for everything even as a member. Not even a free towel or mat for the amount you pay. There are great opportunities to reduce your cost and further ingratiate into the community (ex: SET - studio experience team) where you help around the Studio a couple hours a week and get a steep discount. You definitely get what you pay for though and if you know going in it’s an investment you’ll reap the benefits and like me happily pay what’s necessary to do so. Get out of the cold, try a class, and see if you can resist getting hooked! I did!
Whenever I go to Corepower I get something from class- motivation, strength, or a good stretch. I highly recommend this class.
liked the studio, variety of classes
Tyler did an awesome job guiding us through the class. Her voice was calming, as well as effective in leading us through the sequences. As a beginner, I felt very comfortable even though the class was challenging. Loved the playlist. Left feeling empowered!

I love Lexi class because it’s very relaxing and I enjoy the heat. I wish I could come more often but the expensive keeps me from only coming occasionally.
